When i was growing up in the northern part of the  Philippines  there was no  tissue paper to use.........In my tiny little village toilet paper is not available...at all. Although i grow up selling seeds of  paper tree....those days and even today  of decade's technology  filipinos are still using water to wash their butt after they finish their business.After so many years in america i discovered in every filipino household married with american or both filipinos they are like me we have the same thing in our bathroom ( TABO ).like a small bucket to scoop water so we use it to clean our butt......My husband  is cacausian learn to wash his butt after he finish his business in the bathroom.And he said its feels good and fresh if you wash with water ...Heres the step in cleaning and stay  fresh with your butt....Step 1 since toilet paper is common in the USA to use in the bathroom I advice wipe with toilet paper first .Step 2 followed with soap  and  water ........Step 3 final rinse with another scoop of water.....There you go
 your clean and fresher.....
When travelling dont forget to carry with you a wet wipe flushable or bring with you a plastic cup so you can still wash with water and stay fresh......Oh dont forget too if you have dogs or cats you can do the same thing.....
